Hyperseal LM-S Building Alchimica

  • HYPERSEAL 25LM S is an innovative polyurethane mastic for sealing expansion contraction joints.
  • It contains polyurethane technology combined with hybrid technology, resulting in a sealing mastic with excellent capabilities.
  • It polymerizes through a reaction with atmospheric moisture and produces mastic with a low modulus of elasticity (50% joint movement accommodation factor) with excellent adhesion to substrates traditionally difficult for polyurethane, such as glass, aluminum, polycarbonates, etc.
  •  In addition, the material has been modified to have an extrusion identical to that of hybrid and MS sealants.
