- Hyperseal 25LM-S is a new technology expansion joint sealant, hybrid-
polyurethane-based, one-component. It has great elasticity for joints, tanks
water, underground walls, irrigation canals, cement, wood, marble, aluminum, metal, ceramics,
gypsum etc. Suitable for vertical and horizontal joints. - The extrusion and application of the mastic remain as easy regardless of the climatic conditions, so the mastic has an easy
use even during the winter months at very low temperatures.

Hyperseal 25LM-S Alchimica
- Hyperseal 25LM-S is an innovative polyurethane mastic for sealing expansion contraction joints.
- It contains polyurethane technology combined with hybrid technology, resulting in a sealing mastic with excellent capabilities.
- It polymerizes through a reaction with atmospheric moisture and produces mastic with a low modulus of elasticity (50% joint movement accommodation factor) with excellent adhesion to substrates traditionally difficult for polyurethane, such as glass, aluminum, polycarbonates, etc.
- In addition, the material has been modified to have an extrusion identical to that of hybrid and MS sealants.
