• The Smaltoxyl Teak Oil it is colorless specially processed oil combined with waterproofing wax to preserve and freshen hardwoods such as teak, mahogany, iroko and other exotic woods. Suitable for indoor and external use.
• It replaces the natural oils of hardwoods that are lost due to wear and tear over time.
• It highlights and enlivens their natural beauty of wood protecting against water, sun, salt and grease, while allowing them to breathe.
• Ideal for garden furniture and hardwood decks. It has great performance, is easy to work with and spreads wonderfully. Penetrates and does not form a film. The product does not contain biocides.
• Specific weight: 0.80-0.82 kg/lt.
• Performance: 15-17 m2 /lt per layer, on a properly prepared surface.
• Dilution : Ready to use.
• VOC category: "Absorbed wood dyes". Type D. Limit VOC value = 700gr/lt.
• Maximum VOC content of ready-to-use product=550 gr/lt. Meets the requirements of the Legislation after the year 2011. VOC or WTO: organic volatile compounds with a boiling point < 2500C.
• Drying : Dry to the touch 3 – 4 hours.
• Repainting: Repainting in 6-8 hours or after the first layer has hardened. The above times are extended under cold and wet conditions.
• Shades: Colorless – Transparent.
